Build-out and Move: EMC’s consulting services would include; all meetings with architects and the construction team throughout the entire construction phase; negotiate best pricing and services from movers; coordinate data, voice and technology requirements; and, coordinate the physical move.

Disaster Recovery Plans: Review existing plan; update existing plan or design and implement new plan if necessary.

New Software Implementation: Source the best software solution for your firm; oversee the installation of the software; oversee the training of your employees.

Policies and Procedures: Review existing policies and procedures and, if necessary write and implement new policies and procedures.

Recruiting: Our consultants will source and screen candidates; conduct initial interviews; conduct background checks; and, provide a short list of candidates for your final interview and approval.

Transition to New Firm: We can provide a turnkey process for a start-up firm which will include; assisting with finding new space; source and negotiate with vendors for all required services including, voice and data providers, insurers, benefits providers, printers and engravers, office furniture; and, office machine suppliers. We will get you up and running with minimal down-time!
